Our Philosophy

Addressing All Your Needs for Healing and Growth

 You are special with needs that may differ from others. That's why we first diagnose your needs before prescribing a solution that may integrate techniques from 

a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  Each approach targets different aspects of mental health, and blending them allows for a more flexible, personalized, and effective treatment.


  1. Each Therapy Addresses Different Needs
    • CBT helps people recognize and challenge negative thought patterns.
    • MCT focuses on how people think about their thoughts, helping reduce overthinking and worry.
    • DBT builds emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills.

    • Some clients need help changing negative thoughts (CBT).
    • Others struggle with rumination and excessive worry (MCT).
    • Those dealing with intense emotions or impulsivity benefit from emotional regulation skills (DBT).

    • Combining techniques allows therapists to adjust strategies based on progress and needs.

    • CBT: Anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias.

    • DBT: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), emotional dysregulation, self-harm prevention.
