Cleveland native and proud "comeback kid," Sean Hodges made his mark at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where he majored in finance and raised over six figures for minority-led organizations. After thriving at top firms like Deloitte, Sean realized his passion wasn’t just navigating financial systems—it was disrupting them to build new models of access, equity, and empowerment.

That passion led to the founding of ChangeU, a nonprofit delivering zero-cost, Silicon Valley–level training to small and mid-sized businesses through the Ohio TechCred Program. Sean saw firsthand that only the largest corporations can afford elite consultants and cutting-edge training—leaving everyday businesses behind in a world demanding agility, innovation, and speed.

ChangeU was built to level that playing field. With a model that’s needs-based and client-centric, the program offers tailored training and support that fits the unique challenges of each business. In a marketplace that expects AI-led solutions, personalized service, and bold alternatives to outdated providers, ChangeU challenges the status quo and delivers measurable value.

To execute this vision, Sean partnered with ScrumInc—the global authority founded by the creators of Scrum—bringing in certified trainers to lead every cohort and offer complimentary consulting alongside the curriculum.

Now a published author and rising voice in innovation and equity, Sean is also committed to social impact: a portion of ChangeU’s proceeds will go toward mental health treatment for young men, making sure the next generation is equipped to lead with strength, clarity, and care.
